2What we collect
- Details you give us — your name, mobile number, the treatment you are asking about and your preferred date or time, when you use a booking or call-back form, WhatsApp, a phone call or the online appointment calendar.
- Health information you choose to share — for example a description or photo of a tooth problem. Please share only what is needed to book or advise you.
- Website usage data — pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location (city level) and how you reached the site, collected through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager using cookies.
3How forms and bookings work
- WhatsApp forms: when you press “Send on WhatsApp”, the details you typed open in WhatsApp on your phone. Nothing is sent until you press Send in WhatsApp. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that message.
- Online appointment calendar: appointments may be booked through Google Calendar's appointment booking page. Your name, phone/email and chosen time are stored in the clinic's Google Calendar, and Google may send you a confirmation. Google's privacy policy applies.
- Phone calls: the clinic may note your name, number and reason for visit to arrange your appointment.
4Why we use your information
- To book, confirm, reschedule or remind you about appointments.
- To reply to your questions and give you information about treatment and costs.
- To keep clinical records needed for your dental care, as required by professional rules.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the website (analytics, in summary form).
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your health information for advertising.
5Cookies and analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4 (G-9QM10KEQP5) through Google Tag Manager (GTM-5XXFTLCM). These set cookies that help count visits and see which pages are used. They do not tell us your name. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. Embedded Google Maps and the Google Calendar booking page may also set Google cookies.
6Who we share it with
Only with service providers needed to run the website and bookings — Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Maps, Calendar), Meta (WhatsApp) and our website hosting provider — or when required by law. Clinic staff see your details only to arrange and provide your care.
7How long we keep it
Booking messages and calendar entries are kept as long as needed to manage appointments. Clinical records are kept for the period required by applicable rules for dental practice. Analytics data is kept for the period set in Google Analytics (normally 14 months).
8Your choices and rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, in line with applicable Indian law including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. 9Children
Bookings for children should be made by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information from children without a parent or guardian.
10Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No website or messaging service is fully secure, so please do not send sensitive documents unless the clinic asks for them.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
